hierarchical lineage data retrieved from The Taxonomicon
<http://taxonomicon.taxonomy.nl>, a comprehensive curated
classification of all life based on Systema Naturae 2000
(Brands, 1989 <http://taxonomicon.taxonomy.nl>). Given any two
taxon names, retrieves their full lineages, identifies the most
recent common ancestor (MRCA), and computes a dissimilarity
index based on lineage depth. Outputs native dist objects,
enabling direct integration with the R statistical ecosystem
for hierarchical clustering, principal coordinate analysis
(PCoA), and multivariate ecological analyses. Supports
individual distance queries, pairwise distance matrices, clade
filtering, and lineage utilities.

<r:package>taxodist</r:package><r:version>0.5.0</r:version><r:status>success</r:status><r:repository>https://rodrigosqrt3.r-universe.dev</r:repository><r:upstream>https://github.com/rodrigosqrt3/taxodist</r:upstream><r:article><r:source>introduction.Rmd</r:source><r:filename>introduction.html</r:filename><r:title>Introduction to taxodist</r:title><r:created>2026-03-09 18:56:58</r:created><r:modified>2026-06-02 19:25:34</r:modified></r:article><r:article><r:source>statistical-applications.Rmd</r:source><r:filename>statistical-applications.html</r:filename><r:title>Statistical Applications of taxodist</r:title><r:created>2026-04-21 23:39:13</r:created><r:modified>2026-04-21 23:39:13</r:modified></r:article>

[rodrigosqrt3] rmet 0.1.0

Automates the download and processing of historical
weather data from the Brazilian National Institute of
Meteorology (INMET). It resolves formatting inconsistencies in
raw CSV files across different years, removes structural
artifacts, standardizes column names, converts timestamps to
local Brazilian time zones, and outputs tidy data frames ready
for analysis. Data are retrieved from

self-adjusting Markov Chain Monte Carlo (MCMC) sampler for
continuous distributions as described by Christen & Fox (2010)
<doi:10.1214/10-BA603>. The t-walk requires no tuning and is
robust for a wide range of target distributions, including
high-dimensional and multimodal problems. This implementation
includes an option for running multiple chains in parallel to
accelerate sampling and facilitate convergence diagnostics.

<r:package>Rtwalk</r:package><r:version>2.0.1</r:version><r:status>success</r:status><r:repository>https://rodrigosqrt3.r-universe.dev</r:repository><r:upstream>https://github.com/rodrigosqrt3/rtwalk</r:upstream><r:article><r:source>validation_study.Rmd</r:source><r:filename>validation_study.html</r:filename><r:title>Validation and Simulation Study for the Rtwalk Package</r:title><r:created>2025-09-25 15:16:27</r:created><r:modified>2026-02-04 16:57:16</r:modified></r:article>
